I am a SAHM, I watch two children besides my own. I earn 250.00 a week and i pay taxes on what I earn, write off supplies, and such.
I don’t have much free money, but i want to start investing some so when i go back to work I have something to put in a 401K.
I am not sure what I should start, I am only 23 years old. Money is tihgt right now, but I want to star saving for retirement. I have 1,000 in a savings account. Any ideas where I can earn a great interest rate or invest in something safe?
i guess i should have added a little, i eat out once a week (eat out as in mcdonalds never over 10.00)
I do not do starbucks or anything unless I am traveling. I do not smoke, I do not drink except for the occassional bottle of wine for a special occassion. those habits are far to expensive for my lifestyle.

I have a small S corp, only me. I heard an accountant say that my private disability premium could be placed somewhere on my W2 and avoid paying social security and medicare tax on that amount. The employer would still pay tax on the money the same as normal W2 income and the employee would still pay federal and state tax. I can’t find anything about that online. I obviously want my payout, if ever needed, to be tax free. Help anyone?

Hello,
To be specific, I am looking for the very last game the Orioles played at Memorial Stadium including the special event where many of the Oriole Hall-of-Famers (e.g. Brooks, Frank, Palmer…etc) took their positions in the field and played a brief exhibition game.
I would also like to find Cal Ripken’s final All-Star game, final games before he retired and the game where he broke the consecutive game record.
Thank you so much in advance!

I need some money and asked my friend to transfer 3K US Dollars in my Bank Account. Does this sort of one time transaction attracts any Tax liability.

This means that NOT EVERYONE is called by God, to serve him.
Why are some saved and others never are? What is his reasoning behind this, or are we not to ask?

I have been falling behind financially and have a lower standard of living since the year 2000. I am always getting the maximum raise (4%), but have figured out the real inflation rate for me is about 7% a year. So my standard of living is one quarter less than it was in the year 2000.
The result is I have less money for fun, investment and savings for retirement. Is this common?

Here is the problem: Ramon owns a home that was appraised for 2,600. The balance remaining on his existing mortgage is ,260. Ramon’s credit union is willing to loan an amount up to 70% of the appraised value of a home. Based on this information, what is the maximum potential amount of credit that’s available to Ramon for a home equity loan?

I’m in a 20 team league w/ rather large rosters. Saves are at a premium. I keep looking for Troy Percival to pop up as an available player since he was recently signed by the Cardinals. How long does it take for new players or players called up to show up as an available option?

I quit my job and the office manager told me i had to wait a year to recieve my 401k. The company did not contribute any money. Is this normal, the office manager has a history of making things difficult for ex employees.
