By Michigan law, the estate is to be divided between the heirs. In this case that means 50/50 between my hubby and his sister. However, we can not get his sister to respond to us and all mail has been returned saying that it is undeliverable. Because of this, we are sitting ducks on the distribution process of this estate. Is there a time limit for her to respond to us or the courts?

Since several women have been attacked in this situation?
I live in Colorado. I do have a permit to carry "concealed" weapon. So my clients would not SEE the weapon.

He received money from his fathers estate and it was put into a custodial account which his aunt was the only one in control of. When he turned 18 we went to have it released. We went to the bank and theere was out of more than 00. We have all the transactions and a copy of all the estate papers. We don’t know how to proceed to get this money back. We confronted his aunt she will not give us the money. What should we do?

I know home sales were down for a while but how are they doing now? Have they gotten any better? Or worse?

I am very good with people and pretty persuasive so I believe that selling homes would be pretty easy for me. But if there is no market for it then its probably not a good idea.

Also, how do you go about getting your real estate license?
