I want to go into real estate what they mainly do how to get more money and do you have to study
I’m curious to hear from real estate agents and brokers on reasons why you like your real estate brokerage company. Why do you think your broker is the best real estate company to work for? Are there any things you would change about your broker if you could? Are you happy with the fees you are charged and your commission splits? I’m wondering what broker offers the highest commission splits for agents with the lowest fees with the most amount of training, support, and resources.
There are too many schools that offer you real estate license but with varying prices and each claiming to be the best. Is there any way to narrow them down to the best any kind of site exists that allows you to see reviews or ratings for them.
I know what an estate agent is, but Im not sure what real estate is and the jobs involved in that. Can someone explain?

one more question.. ive read that on average you get 6% commission, so would i have to split that with the broker?
What I mean by this is, after working and saving some money from a previous career, how can you go about making a nice income in real estate? Should you get some type of related education and join a company? Would buying property and renting it out generate the most income?
How do some people do very well in this field of work and is it possible for the average person to make a high income from it?

I am planning to go into the real estate industry that out of the US.I am studying abroad in Brazil right now and really enjoy the culture. I learned a semester of chinese (Mandarin) and wasn’t too good at it. I am planning to continue learning portuguese and am unsure if I should audit into a chinese class. I am involved in a 3-way investment on a rental property and we are being forced to sell because of a DOT project. Our profit on this property will be approximately ,000 and we need to figure out how to split this up. Being close family members, we weren’t too concerned about figuring this out we bought the property.
I would really appreciate any suggestions from real estate investors experienced with partnership investments like this.
Here are the figures for the capital and work/mangement invested by each party.
Investor #1:
Invested 0, 000 by taking out a regular home loan.
Lived at the property and payed "rent".
Did 85% of the maintenance, improvements and rental property management.
Investor #2:
Invested ,000 from a home equity line of credit.
Did 0% of the maintenance, improvements and rental property management.
Investor #3:
Invested ,000 from a home equity line of credit.
Did 15% of the maintenance, improvements and rental property management.
