It depends on the retirement community’s rules (that your mother probably signed when she moved in). It also depends on what your mother’s title for her house says.
That depends, you need to look at the legal documents… the deed and things like that.
It is possible for it to happen, some deeds do have strings attached.
id do not think they can make you move but you should look at the real estate papers to make sure she does own the land some you own the house and have a 99 year lease on the land. make sure the mom has a living trust with you as the benefactor
