Living Will for someone who already passed away?
My father passed away about a year ago and we recently found a Will he made here in Texas where he leaves properties in Mexico to my mom, the Will is translanted in spanish and have a Notary Seal and everthing, will we have any problems in Mexico what else do we do before we go to Mexico and show this?????

There is a difference between a will and a living will. What you described is not a living will.
Now, from what I understand, you cannot own land or property in Mexico unless you are a citizen. (one of the reasons I never moved there).

A living will is a directive written by the dying person. It states what kind of care the person wants while he is still alive. It is also called an advance health care directive. Once the person has died, the living will is null and void. It is no longer important to anyone unless the patients wishes were not carried out. In this case, there would be a court hearing and the living will would be a very important paper to have.
