Next month I’m presenting a presentation to a retirement community about how awesome Skype is for keeping in touch with their distant (sometimes great-)grandchildren. I’m trying to work off some community service (karmic, not legal) by donating my time and knowledge to local seniors on the use of Skype in particular.
The problem I’m facing is that I’m on slide 8 and I don’t know how, or if I should, continue. Slide 1 is the splash "What is Skype?" page, 2 is a list of free services, 3 is paid services (and within the accompanying speech I intend to emphasize that these are business oriented, and that the free services are truly robust, and will not leave them wanting, and slides 4-6 are screen caps to demonstrate clarity of the video. Slide 7 is a sample screen recording from a wicked cute me, mom, and my daughter call, and slide 8 is going to be a "And one more thing…" and do a live call at that moment.
I’m trying to get an idea of what kinds of questions seniors might have so I can be best prepared to address them, what fears I should expect (in their shoes I would assume that I was trying to grift them somehow), and generally any other notes.

Our country’s seniors are NOT afforded the respect they once were, and as a 28 year old I find it infuriating. My goal is to help them use the tools that people in my age range take for granted, because I have the patience to explain (literally) 14 times in a row how to copy pictures onto The Drive Thing.

If anybody can help me with any suggestions on what kind of questions I should prepare for, or really any other input at all that would be super.

And I totally promise that I will give a best answer within a reasonable amount of time (I don’t wanna close it too early, but you’ll get credit). Thanks a lot, all!
Edit 1: Thanks for the support! The presentation is how the business wants to get it started; we show the residents what it is, what they can do with it, do a q&a, etc, and kind of go from there. They want to be sure that it’s something worth investing time and energy into, and interested residents would have to sign up for certain blocks of time and so on.
I’m just hoping that y’all might know somebody who had trouble getting to know Skype and could help me out with THIR questions, or pointers on the slide show; this is my first Keynote presentation since one on PUNK ROCK AND SKINHEADS in high school, so although my concept is good, I was hoping that from what I described somebody more into presentation design theory or whatever could give me some pointers.
Edit 2: Larry, you know that just cos you *can* write stuff doesn’t mean you *should*. The site it called "Yahoo! Answers," not "Yahoo! I’m A Grumpy Old POS Who Is So Stupid I Think That 1/3 of a Page of Text Is Too Much To Be Bothered To Read."

Would they have pensions, Social Security, and Medicare?

Would they be able to survive being retired without a job and no source of income?

Or would the for-profit private companies take care of seniors, despite having no profit motive to do so?

My friend and I are in charge of doing senior gifts this year at our senior meet. We have 15 seniors graduating off the team so it can’t be too expensive. We are swimmers and we need some creative ideas to give them a gift at their last meet.

I understand that people are living longer, but there some people who pay into Social Security but do not live long enough to collect what they paid into the system. If we raise the retirement age to 70, we will also have a lot more seniors driving on the roads and highways out of necessity, which I think is dangerous in itself.

The social security fund would be flush with money if the government had not already spent it. why are they trying to dismantle a system that works just fine? why is it seniors fault that money they faithfully paid into all their life is no longer there due to a corrupt government?

Just want to give some advice on my status to the new seniors at the school I just graduated from.

Well at our school none of the seniors in the past have done anything special for the first day of school, so we want to be the start of it. We want to start off the year with something awesome and we can’t think of any ideas that aren’t retarded. We don’t want to do anything to get us in trouble, but something remembered. What can we do?

What have seniors been doing for the last seventy years? All of the ones I know have vacation homes, RV’s, boats and they sure as heck don’t vote for Democrats that claim to be protecting them.

If the U.S. Debt Ceiling involves a 12 member bipartisan Super Committee to decide the fate of Americans…..WHAT cuts will it be considering? How deep do you think they will be? (Please be specific if you can)

PS. If the committee can’t agree, then there will be automatic cuts, but would like to know what cuts to programs for Seniors this committee will be actively considering

For example…I am interested in doing a concierge service which would offer them transportation to appointments, yard work, book keeping, buying groceries for them, etc. Now all this can be expensive for seniors and was wondering if there was some type of program where the government would pay all or a portion of this. If so…do you know how I can apply to do this?
I dont need a loan…I need to know if the government will reimburse my business for the type of work I do for them

Obama wants to change the CPI to hide the fact that inflation is eating us apart. If you have gone to the store I am sure that you have noticed the massive increase in prices on everything. Well that was caused by the Fed printing money and of course Obama was behind it. Since seniors are in a fixed income they will get hit especially hard.

So what is your thoughts on all of this?

Maybe they could draw the numbers on TV so the Seniors who still have electricity could see if they are the lucky winner.

Our school is taking senior yearbook pictures now, and they’re making us pay to take it. We called the studio, and apparently they aren’t getting any of the money. Supposedly the money is going to the school itself. If we don’t pay, we don’t get to be in the yearbook. This only applies to seniors at our school. Is this legal?

Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security? Will Seniors stand up and fight for what they have earned or sit back and watch while Billions are sent to countries that Hate the USA?
